Road to Ramya Bhawan

Once you arrived at the Colombo Bandaranayaka international airport you may take the high way to Colombo – Peliyagoda (22km) and enter the baseline dual carriage way.

Then you have to proceed toward the Kirulapone junction (5km) and join the Kottawa Matara E1 highway entrance (11km).

Then on the Colombo Matara highway you have to travel 146km to Matara Nilwala Exit. From Matara you have to join the Galle road and travel to Thissamaharama via Weerawila. The total journey from Colombo Bandaranayaka International Airport to Thissamaharama is 380 km. From Thissamaharama you have to travel another 7km to the wonderful cottage of Ramya Bhavan just at the 10th mile post on the Thissamaharama-Katharagama main Road.
